Modules are fabricated at Fibrebond’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.
To save time, the general contractor completes foundations, underground utilities and other site work while modules are manufactured.
Concrete modules are set in place using a crane, which typically takes three to five days.
The general contractor oversees the completion of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other trades.
Our Design and Bid Process
Architects can design using Fibrebond’s standard construction details without compromising flexibility in each project’s unique dimensions, floor plans and exteriors. General contractors include Fibrebond’s module pricing with site subcontractor bids in submitting turnkey bids to school districts. Fibrebond supports general contractors by providing close coordination with all site subcontractors. It is our shared commitment to build learning environments that make lasting contributions to the community.
