Precast concrete modules are cast in Fibrebond's PCI-certified manufacturing facility. Our culture of continuous improvement ensures consistent high quality. Precast units adhere to ACA, AJA and all applicable correctional codes as required by the architect of record. Up to 4,000 precast modules are produced per year in our 350,000sf production space on a 162-acre site. Fibrebond's unique design stands out as the only panelized, 6-sided modules for corrections facilities. Panelized, 6-sided modules provide greater security and design flexibility.

• 6-Sided Modules. Provide greater security, schedule and maintenance advantages than 5-sided modules. Fully outfitted modules and plumbing chase are completed offsite.
• Panelized Modules. Allow for economical design flexibility and unique configurations that are not possible with monolithic modules. Panelized modules eliminate the need to pour slab on grade. Shims and grouting are done under the floor where it is inaccessible to inmates.
