Fibrebond welcomes Bo Hanley as the Director of Field Services and Quality. Hanley joined Fibrebond in March 1993 and most recently served as the Director of Quality Assurance. In his new role, he will continue to manage quality operations for Fibrebond and oversee the Field Services department.

Hanley is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor's degree in Industrial Management and an associate's degree in Petroleum Management.

Hanley's new position with Fibrebond follows the announcement of Donny Hood's retirement. Hood joined Fibrebond in 1993 as Plant Manager, where he oversaw the day-to-day operations of Fibrebond's production facility. In 1995, Hood was named the Director of Field Services and has led the department to significant revenue growth over the last 16 years.

Fibrebond's Field Services department performs repairs and maintenance on currently deployed concrete equipment shelters, as well as shelter offloads, retrofits and field inspections.

Founded in 1982, Fibrebond has grown from a small manufacturer of concrete buildings used in microwave communications into a sophisticated, cutting-edge manufacturer of concrete structures for the telecommunications, education and corrections markets. Fibrebond's custom precast concrete buildings are manufactured in a controlled environment at our state-of-the-art facility and then delivered to the site for completion. This innovative process accelerates construction schedules, improves quality, customization and sustainability.
