Mike Goodwin, Chief Project Manager
Mike assists Fibrebond's telecommunications customers from building design through the delivery of the shelter to site. Previously manager of Fibrebond's Fairfield, Calif. plant, Mike has expertise in all aspects of shelter manufacturing. Mike joined the company in 1985 in the Conduit & Electrical Department and was later promoted to supervisor before transferring to California.
Shaun Lewis, Senior Project Manager
Shaun is a veteran of the United States Air Force and earned his degree from South Illinois University in Industrial Technology and Electronic Systems Technology. At Fibrebond, he first worked as the Supervisor in the company's Mechanical production department, an experience that gives him first-hand knowledge of the company's product and processes. Shaun works closely with wireless clients in all aspects of shelter design and production scheduling.
Penny Coker, Project Manager
Penny has worked at Fibrebond for more than 25 years managing all aspects of projects for wireless clients. Among other duties, she coordinates client site requirements with manufacturing production and manages our quote to cash cycle for major telecommunications clients. Penny holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Louisiana Tech University.
Stacey Colvin, Project Manager
With more than 15 years in project management, Stacey joined the Fibrebond team in August 2013 as a project manager for telecommunications customers. Stacey works closely with customers to ensure their satisfaction from manufacturing to delivery. Stacey is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship.
Ritchie Reid, Technical Manager

Since 1992, Ritchie has served in many technical and managerial positions for Fibrebond. Along with his duties as a Telecom Project Manager, he is responsible for sales and management of all special projects outside the telecom and educational lines of business. Ritchie had been directly involved with numerous projects for school district and corrections facilities, including the William Jefferson Clinton Elementary School, a 54,000-square-foot, multi-story facility completed in 6 months.
David Risher, Project Manager
David joined the Fibrebond team as project manager in March of 2014 with two years of project management and telecommunication experience. With his industry knowledge, David oversees all projects from purchase order through project completion maintaining excellent customer relations. David is a 2010 graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Steve Walker, Project Manager
Steve Walker joined Fibrebond in April 2012 and comes into the role of Project Manager with many years experience in the telecommunications industry working with Lucent Technologies and AT&T as a project manager. Steve is a graduate of Minden High School and Louisiana Tech University.
