Of our 500 employees, more than 175 employees have invested more than 10 years at Fibrebond. This collective experience directly impacts our quality and our responsiveness. All points of a project, from initial design to completion, are coordinated with a single Fibrebond project manager to offer our clients the utmost level of responsiveness.
Graham has served as Fibrebond’s President and CEO since March 2015. After joining Fibrebond in 2004, he was named CFO in January 2006. In 2014, Graham started Fibrebond Power, the company’s division that builds complex engineered-to-order projects for the data center, petrochemical, power generation, and power distribution market verticals. As President, Graham has accelerated the company’s diversification and growth strategy and led the 2015 acquisition of an Illinois-based generator enclosure manufacturer. A second generation owner of Fibrebond, Graham is a member of the Board of Directors and serves on several local business and charitable boards. Graham studied History at Sewanee, a Top 25 liberal arts college, where he graduated with honors and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He earned an MBA in Finance from Louisiana State University and worked in corporate banking prior to joining Fibrebond. Graham lives in Shreveport, Louisiana with his wife, three daughters and son.
Patrick Caraway joined Fibrebond in February 2017 assuming the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Patrick came to Fibrebond from a regional oil and gas service company where he served as the CFO. He began his career at an international public accounting firm where he specialized in state and local taxation. From there, Patrick moved to London, England, where he worked in international tax strategies. After his move back to the United States, Patrick continued his work in the taxation of clients in the construction industry. Patrick is a certified public accountant with a degree in accounting and an MBA from Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi.
Martee joined Fibrebond in 2013 and has had responsibilities for Scheduling and Bill of Materials, and in 2018 was named Vice President of Supply Chain and Manufacturing Support. Prior to Fibrebond, Martee was the Site Director for Dr Reddy’s Shreveport Operation, a large pharmaceutical manufacturing operation. Martee excels at balancing our business development team’s customer commitments with our manufacturing team’s ability to execute.
Ritchie has 26 years of experience at Fibrebond and has excelled at our most challenging projects. Ritchie takes on the position of Vice President of Manufacturing at the end of 2018, and in that position he will begin to oversee all phases of manufacturing and transportation. Ritchie has great relationships throughout the organization and holds very high expectations of himself and everyone he works with. He has experience with all Fibrebond product lines and understands what is required to make a project successful for our team and the customers we serve.
Chase joined the Fibrebond team in February 2014 as Inside Sales Manager, and in 2017 he was promoted to Director of Business Development for Power. After graduating from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a BA in Financial Investments and Marketing, Chase held positions such as Estimator and Regional Account Manager for a Chattanooga-based power integrator. At Fibrebond, Chase’s deep knowledge of the power industry helps him understand and meet client needs from quote to delivery.
Hector joined Fibrebond in 2017 as our Director of Business Development for Data Centers. Hector is dedicated to working closely with our existing data center customers and gaining greater market share within the industry. Hector brings more than a decade of experience in business development from his previous work with an aluminum cover manufacturer. Hector is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, and he holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Hector lives in Los Angeles with his wife and three children.
After working for three years as a Business Development Manager for Fibrebond’s telecom division, Kim assumed the position of Director of Business Development for our Genset division in 2017. Prior to joining Fibrebond, Kim worked for Marvair since late 2008. She held many positions within the organization, including Parts and Warranty Manager, U.S. OEM Sales Manager and U.S. Director of Telecom Sales. Kim is a native of Valdosta, Georgia, and attended David Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tenn., and later Valdosta State University in Georgia.
Bringing more than 40 years of sales and marketing experience to his role at Fibrebond, Tom has worked in the power sector for 23 years, managing marketing, sales and strategic account activities, all while growing profits. As a professional engineer, Tom’s product knowledge and experience make him a valuable resource for clients. Tom is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Tennessee Technological University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering with a Structural Analysis and Design Discipline.
Sean joined the Fibrebond team in August 2014 as a Business Development Manager with more than seven years of sales and marketing experience in the power sector. Previously working with numerous clients all over the Southeast, Sean’s focus on developing a strong rapport with existing clients as well as building new client relationships enabled him to be at company-wide sales goals.
With more than 10 years’ experience at Fibrebond, Chet is familiar with all aspects of the business and leverages that knowledge to provide customers with the best solution for their project. Before his current role as Business Development Manager for the Power division, Chet served as the Director of Fibrebond’s Field Services division. He has also worked in a technical sales role at Fibrebond, and has product knowledge extending across all Fibrebond markets. Chet is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in business management and entrepreneurship.
Brett is a native of the Greater Peoria area and has more than 10 years of experience in the design and manufacturing of custom genset enclosures. Before taking on the role of Business Development Manager for our Data Center customers, Brett served as the Business Unit Director for Fibrebond’s Genset division. In that role, Brett developed strong relationships with Fibrebond’s genset customers and oversaw all proposals provided to them. Brett is a 2006 graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Dan joined Fibrebond’s Business Devleopment team in 2020. Dan previously invested 14 years at Oldcastle Infrastructure, and brings to his job a vast knowledge and experience in shelter manufacturing, equipment integration and design/build construction. Dan has managed accounts for fiber, telecommunications, power and energy customers throughout his career. Dan lives in Gilbert, Arizona, with his wife and two children. In his spare time, Dan enjoys boating, off-roading and snowboarding.
With more than 15 years’ experience with Fibrebond, Tim has been an instrumental part of Fibrebond’s successful diversification into new markets. Tim was involved with the establishment of the Power division in 2014 and brings more than 10 years of project management experience to leadership of Fibrebond’s project management and engineering teams. Tim has managed projects for our customers in power, renewable energy and institutional projects during his career with Fibrebond. Tim previously worked as a Project Controls Engineer for Burns & McDonnell Engineering. Tim graduated from the University of Louisiana at Monroe with honors and holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management.
Heath joined Fibrebond in the summer of 2017 as a Project Engineer for our Power division and was recently promoted to the role of Engineering Director. He works closely with Fibrebond’s project management team and our customers to produce highly detailed drawing sets for power distribution centers. Prior to joining Fibrebond, Heath worked for CITGO, where he gained hands-on field experience with a wide variety of electrical systems and equipment. Heath is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Jay joined Fibrebond’s engineering team in 2015 as an Electrical Engineer for the Power division, and he now works as an Engineering Director and oversees projects for our Genset division. Jay has more than 10 years’ experience working with power packaging systems, having worked previously for Holt CAT in Dallas. Jay is a 2004 graduate of Purdue University and Butler University’s Engineering Dual Degree Program where he acquired a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Economics.
Ike has more than 10 years of experience at Fibrebond. Having started as a design engineer in 2006, Ike has played a major role in Fibrebond’s breakthrough into the solar market, which then led the company into the development of its Power division. Ike has experience in the conception and design of products for all of the industries Fibrebond serves. An honors graduate of Louisiana Tech University, Ike holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a master’s in Business Administration. He is well versed in the National Electric Code (NEC) and AutoCAD.
With more than a decade of design experience with Fibrebond, Chris oversees the design of some of Fibrebond’s most challenging projects in his role as Engineering Director. Chris has completed a wide range of highly technical designs, including single building and multi-module facilities for both concrete and steel Fibrebond products. Chris excels in reviewing and implementing the customer specifics to create innovative designs, which are code compliant, all while meeting aggressive timelines. Chris had seven years of experience as a Senior Design Engineer before joining Fibrebond, and he holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University.
Following his graduation from Louisiana Tech University in May 2019, Brandon joined our team as a Project Engineer. Brandon is experienced in SolidWorks, coding and estimating, and has hands-on knowledge from completing an electrical apprenticeship. Brandon is a native of South Louisiana and holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Camila joined Fibrebond full-time in June 2020 following her graduation from the University of Houston with a degree in Electrical Power Engineering Technology. Prior to her joining the team full-time, Camila was a participant in Fibrebond’s summer Engineering Internship Program, and upon completing the program, she worked remotely for Fibrebond while simultaneously completing her undergraduate degree program.
Scott Schober joined Fibrebond in 2018 as a Design Engineer. He has an extensive background in designing a broad array of products including commercial structures, industrial machinery and equipment for the Department of Defense. Scott has also been responsible for developing process improvements, upgrading manufacturing tooling and designing new test procedures. Scott holds a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana Tech University in biomedical and chemical engineering. He and his wife have five children and one grandson.
Logan began his full-time role in June 2020 as Project Engineer but has worked closely with our production teams in a part-time capacity since December 2019 while finishing his degree. Logan graduated in May 2020 from Louisiana Tech University with a degree in Electrical Engineering with a concentration in Communications and Controls. He is also a 2017 graduate of Bossier Parish Community College’s Engineering Program. Logan has previously worked at Cyber Innovation Center as a Program Specialist and USAF Missile Maintenance as an Analysis Technician and Unit Deployment Manager.
Lorrie has invested more than 12 years at Fibrebond and brings 29 years of design experience to her role as a Project Designer. Lorrie is experienced in designing the electrical, mechanical and structural systems for telecommunications and power projects. She takes a hands-on approach to her job and works closely with production, quality and project management groups to ensure projects are executed to specification. Lorrie holds an associates degree in drafting and design from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College.
Michael joined Fibrebond in late 2015 after working eight years for Reed Industrial Systems, Inc., in Shreveport. As a Project Director, Michael brings years of experience in successfully leading projects from design to completion, as well as troubleshooting skills to meet unforeseen demands if they occur. Michael is a 2007 graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
David joined the Fibrebond team in 2014 with two years of project management experience in the telecommunications industry. After working in our telecom division for several years, David is now a Project Director for Fibrebond’s genset customers. David works closely to coordinate all aspects of a project from when an order is placed until it arrives at site and has completed some of Fibrebond’s most complex projects to date. David is a 2010 graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Brad has more than 20 years’ experience in both designing and managing projects through the manufacturing process at Fibrebond. Brad began his career at Fibrebond in March of 1998 as a drafter and has held several other positions in the company, including team leader for the Education product line, project designer and project manager. As a project director, Brad is responsible for assisting with significant company-wide projects for the data center and power industries. Brad is a graduate of Northwest Louisiana Technical College, and in 2003, became a certified Drafter from the American Designing Drafting Association.
Michael has served in several roles during his career at Fibrebond. Michael started his career in 2004 as an Installation Technician. During this time, he worked with Fibrebond’s large telecommunications customers to write and develop a set of national standards specific to the installation of their equipment. Michael also worked in Quality Assurance before transitioning to his current Project Management position. His hands-on technical and quality experience allows him to ensure that all elements of a project are built and integrated properly. Michael and his wife, Kristyn, have three children and serve together as worship pastors at their church.
With more than 15 years in project management, Stacey joined the Fibrebond team in August 2013 as a project manager for telecommunications customers. Stacey works closely with customers to ensure their satisfaction from manufacturing to delivery. Stacey is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship.
Mike assists Fibrebond’s telecommunications customers from building design through the delivery of the shelter to site. Previously manager of Fibrebond’s Fairfield, Calif. plant, Mike has expertise in all aspects of shelter manufacturing. Mike joined the company in 1985 in the Conduit & Electrical Department and was later promoted to supervisor before transferring to California.
Marcus has more than 10 years’ experience in commercial and industrial HVAC sales in North Louisiana. He joined the Fibrebond team in the summer of 2019 as a Project Manager. Marcus’ experience allows him to understand the importance of providing professional service while also meeting firm project delivery deadlines. Marcus graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He resides in Minden with his wife and their two children.
Penny has worked at Fibrebond for more than 25 years managing all aspects of projects for wireless clients. Among other duties, she coordinates client site requirements with manufacturing production and manages our quote to cash cycle for major telecommunications clients. Penny holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Louisiana Tech University.
Patrick joined Fibrebond in May 2020 as a Project Manager. Before coming to Fibrebond, Patrick worked five years at Range Resources in Arcadia as an Area Measurement Supervisor. In that role, Patrick was responsible for the North Louisiana Division’s Gas Measurement and Instrumentation/Electrical Program. He managed all Measurement and I&E Techs, as well as running preventative maintenance programs and integrating operating procedures for the company. Patrick also has previous work experience with Samson Resources and Flow-Zone, LLC. He is a 2009 graduate of LSUS with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
Ben assumed the role of Project Manager in 2020 after investing several years at Fibrebond. Ben began his career at Fibrebond in 2014 as a Manufacturing Engineer and later transitioned into a Technical Sales role for Fibrebond’s Power division. Ben’s knowledge of the manufacturing process, and his skills in problem solving and design help in providing the best solutions for Fibrebond’s customers. Ben is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Harper has 27 years of manufacturing experience at Fibrebond and currently serves as Operations Director, overseeing multiple early phases of production, including metal fabrication, casting, sheet metal assembly, shipping and telecom carpentry. Harper previously worked in set-up, mechanical, QA, and as a supervisor for exterior and interior finishing departments. Harper also worked as Production Supervisor at Fibrebond’s former California-based facility, Fibrebond West, until relocating back to Minden to support production efforts as a Manufacturing Manager following a fire that destroyed the company’s primary plant in 1998. Harper grew up in Minden and lives here today with his wife and two children. He is an elder at Minden Presbyterian Church and a United States veteran.
Daniel began his career at Fibrebond in 2006 as a Manufacturing Supervisor and now serves as Operations Director for Gensets. Daniel leads Fibrebond production teams through all phases of manufacturing for Genset products and identifies areas of continuous improvement to deliver better solutions to our customers. Daniel resides in Springhill with his wife, Nicole.
In his role as Operations Director, Danny oversees the production of Power Distribution Centers for Fibrebond’s customers. He joined Fibrebond in 2005 as a Manufacturing Supervisor and has a strong knowledge of our manufacturing processes and our customer’s electrical components. Danny earned an associate’s degree in Industrial Technology with a concentration in Automation and Controls from Bossier Parish Community College and certification in Electrical and Mechanical Technology from Northwest Louisiana Technical College. In his spare time, Danny enjoys hunting, fishing and playing golf. He and his wife, Melissa, live in Springhill with their three children.
Skipper has more than 10 years’ experience at Fibrebond and currently serves as Director of Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance. In his role, Skipper’s goal is to increase LEAN manufacturing throughout our facility by identifying and reducing hidden waste, minimizing equipment downtime and optimizing equipment availability through a progressive preventative maintenance program. He is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He lives in Minden with his wife and daughter.
Mike has more than 20 years’ experience at Fibrebond and has worked in many roles, including warehouse manager and installation manager for our telecom products. Mike’s experience allows him to confidently work with Fibrebond’s customers and project managers to coordinate the testing of integrated buildings before shipping to site. Additionally, Mike oversees Fibrebond’s quality department to identify any potential issues during all phases of production. Mike is a graduate of Northeast Louisiana University (University of Louisiana-Monroe) with a bachelor’s degree in business.
Steve has more than 15 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry and brings vast knowledge to his role as Technical Sales Manager for Fibrebond’s telecommunication and T&D customers. Steve has estimated projects for Fibrebond’s telecom, power and data center product lines and his detailed understanding of those industries allows him to provide accurate proposals to our customers on the front end of their projects.
As Technical Sales Manager for Fibrebond, Clinton oversees preliminary building design, estimated building cost and preliminary scheduling to provide clients the most accurate information. Clint came to Fibrebond just before completing his MBA from Louisiana State University in Shreveport in May 2015. Clint also graduated Cum Laude from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, La., with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering Technology.
After seven years in industrial and utility e-house manufacturing at Koontz-Wagner, Chris Caldwell joined the Fibrebond team in 2019 as a Technical Sales Representative. Chris’ previous experience includes working as the Director of Estimating where he oversaw the company’s estimating functions, developed policies and procedures related to the bidding process and integrated and aligned all estimating processes, as well as the equipment center quoting tool. Chris resides in Soddy Daisy, Tenn., outside of Chattanooga.
Chris started his career with Fibrebond in 2013 as an Assistant Supervisor over setup, casting and assembly for our telecommunications product line. His hands-on knowledge of our manufacturing processes and products allows Chris to provide detailed and accurate estimates to our customers. Chris began working in technical sales for Fibrebond in 2015 where he thoroughly evaluates specifications, manages budgets and quotes projects for Fibrebond’s customers. Chris and his wife, Stephanie, live in Sibley, Louisiana.
Starting at Fibrebond in 2005, TJ brings hands-on experience to his position as a Technical Sales Representative. TJ has worked with all Fibrebond product lines and integrated mechanical and electrical systems in Fibrebond enclosures. Having worked on customers’ highly-sensitive equipment and ensured that all systems are fully-functional and compliant with NEC standards, TJ has an eye for detail and knows how to meet complex project requirements.
