Of our 500 employees, more than 175 employees have invested more than 10 years at Fibrebond. This collective experience directly impacts our quality and our responsiveness. All points of a project, from initial design to completion, are coordinated with a single Fibrebond project manager to offer our clients the utmost level of responsiveness.
Graham has served as Fibrebond’s President and CEO since March 2015. After joining Fibrebond in 2004, he was named CFO in January 2006. In 2014, Graham started Fibrebond Power, the company’s division that builds complex engineered-to-order projects for the data center, petrochemical, power generation, and power distribution market verticals. As President, Graham has accelerated the company’s diversification and growth strategy and led the 2015 acquisition of an Illinois-based generator enclosure manufacturer. A second generation owner of Fibrebond, Graham is a member of the Board of Directors and serves on several local business and charitable boards. Graham studied History at Sewanee, a Top 25 liberal arts college, where he graduated with honors and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He earned an MBA in Finance from Louisiana State University and worked in corporate banking prior to joining Fibrebond. Graham lives in Shreveport, Louisiana with his wife, three daughters and son.
Patrick Caraway joined Fibrebond in February 2017 assuming the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Patrick came to Fibrebond from a regional oil and gas service company where he served as the CFO. He began his career at an international public accounting firm where he specialized in state and local taxation. From there, Patrick moved to London, England, where he worked in international tax strategies. After his move back to the United States, Patrick continued his work in the taxation of clients in the construction industry. Patrick is a certified public accountant with a degree in accounting and an MBA from Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi.
Martee joined Fibrebond in 2013 and has had responsibilities for Scheduling and Bill of Materials, and in 2018 was named Vice President of Supply Chain and Manufacturing Support. Prior to Fibrebond, Martee was the Site Director for Dr Reddy’s Shreveport Operation, a large pharmaceutical manufacturing operation. Martee excels at balancing our business development team’s customer commitments with our manufacturing team’s ability to execute.
Ritchie has 26 years of experience at Fibrebond and has excelled at our most challenging projects. Ritchie takes on the position of Vice President of Manufacturing at the end of 2018, and in that position he will begin to oversee all phases of manufacturing and transportation. Ritchie has great relationships throughout the organization and holds very high expectations of himself and everyone he works with. He has experience with all Fibrebond product lines and understands what is required to make a project successful for our team and the customers we serve.
With more than 15 years’ experience in leadership roles at Fibrebond, Todd assumed the position of Vice President of Field Services in fall 2015. Todd is responsible for the managing the overall goals of the department and developing solutions that will assist customers in maintaining already deployed equipment centers. Todd is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Hector joined Fibrebond in 2017 as our Director of Business Development for Data Centers. Hector is dedicated to working closely with our existing data center customers and gaining greater market share within the industry. Hector brings more than a decade of experience in business development from his previous work with an aluminum cover manufacturer. Hector is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, and he holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Hector lives in Los Angeles with his wife and three children.
Bo rejoined Fibrebond’s Field Services team in 2018 as the business unit’s Director. Bo previously held the role from 1993-2015, and in this role, he is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations and crews deployed for Field Services. With more than 20 years’ experience at Fibrebond, Bo has also served as Plant Manager and Quality Assurance Supervisor. Bo is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management.
Joe Mitchell has more than 15 years’ experience at Fibrebond and currently serves as Field Services Production Supervisor. Joe began his career at Fibrebond in September 2003 in quality assurance and has held many positions in the company since then, mostly within Field Services. Joe oversees remote crews deployed across the country performing repairs, offloads, installments and transportation of enclosures. He also assists with project management and sales for Field Services.
Kevin Neff joined the Fibrebond team in fall 2018 as Field Service Operations Manager. He spent 20 years in the printing industry before moving into telecommunications in 2009 where he focused on preventive maintenance for generators and HVACs at cell sites. Kevin is responsible for developing business in the southwest region and assembling field crews to complete the necessary work. Kevin and his wife reside in Phoenix and have two daughters.
Kyle joined Fibrebond in November 2013 as an assistant in the Bill of Materials department, and transferred into his current position as Technical Sales Representative for Fibrebond’s Field Services division in 2018. His experience working in material management and field services installations allows for his success in negotiating, analyzing and preparing purchase order agreements, subcontracts and cost control budgets for Fibrebond customers. Kyle is a 2016 graduate of Louisiana Tech with a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management.
As a project manager for Fibrebond’s Field Services division, Kyle oversees site upgrades for customers, including CRAN Hub upgrades, HVAC upgrades and more. He is responsible for maintaining project schedules to ensure milestones dates and projected project budgets are met. Kyle is a 2008 graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
Joining Fibrebond in January 2013 as a technical sales representative, Brad uses his background in residential and commercial construction to evaluate maintenance needs for clients’ existing shelters and conduct refurbishments and repairs without interrupting service. Brad is a 2004 graduate of Indiana University in Bloomington, Ind., with a degree in economics and East Asian language and culture.
Jay joined Fibrebond’s engineering team in 2015 as an Electrical Engineer for the Power division, and he now works as the Director of Engineering Standards. Jay works with all business units to understand our customers’ needs and develop new processes and standards to reduce cost and labor. Jay has more than 10 years’ experience working with power packaging systems, having worked previously for Holt CAT in Dallas. Jay is a 2004 graduate of Purdue University and Butler University’s Engineering Dual Degree Program where he acquired a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Economics.
Ike started his career at Fibrebond in 2006 as a design engineer and has since been promoted to Senior Electrical Engineer. With more than seven years of engineering and design experience, Ike played a major role in Fibrebond’s breakthrough into the solar industry with the conception and design of PCS shelters and skids. An honors graduate of Louisiana Tech University, Ike holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a master’s in Business Administration. He is well versed in the National Electric Code (NEC) and AutoCAD.
Jeff Babineaux joined Fibrebond in 2015 as an engineer in the Power division. Jeff specializes in code compliance and electrical integration. He works from goals set forth by project management to meet challenging deadlines and deliver highly-integrated drawings for the customer. Jeff is well-known in the Shreveport-Bossier community for publishing his first novel, as well as a cookbook showcasing his family stories connected to their Cajun recipes. Jeff is a 2015 graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Heath joined Fibrebond in the summer of 2017 as a Project Engineer for our Power division. He works closely with Fibrebond’s project management team and our customers and produce highly-detailed drawing sets for power distribution centers. Prior to joining Fibrebond, Heath worked for CITGO, where he gained hands-on field experience with a wide variety of electrical systems and equipment. Heath is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Cartez joined Fibrebond in 2016 as a Mechanical Design Engineer and worked at our location in Peoria, Illinois to design generator sets. In 2018, Cartez moved back to Louisiana as a Project Engineer and continues to design enclosures for generators sets from brands such as Caterpillar, Cummins and MTU. He is responsible for creating the initial bill of material, designs, reviews and approves project models and drawings before they are released to production and keeps track of project timelines to ensure we meet customer deadlines. Cartez is a 2016 graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Kimberly came on board as a Project Engineer following her graduation from Louisiana Tech University in the summer of 2018. Kimberly holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and is responsible for designing Power Distribution Centers for Fibrebond’s power customers.
Chris Pyle is a skilled Design Engineer, with nine years of experience designing for Fibrebond. Chris has completed a wide-range of highly technical designs, including single building and multi-module facilities for both concrete and steel Fibrebond products. Chris excels in reviewing and implementing the customer specifics to create innovative designs, which are code compliant, all while meeting aggressive timelines. Chris had seven years of experience as a Senior Design Engineer before joining Fibrebond. Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University.
Scott Schober joined Fibrebond in 2018 as a Design Engineer. He has an extensive background in designing a broad array of products including commercial structures, industrial machinery and equipment for the Department of Defense. Scott has also been responsible for developing process improvements, upgrading manufacturing tooling and designing new test procedures. Scott holds a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana Tech University in biomedical and chemical engineering. He and his wife have five children and one grandson.
Richard Wolfe joined Fibrebond in 2019 as a Design Engineer and brings his experience in the utility industry to our team. Richard is experienced in AutoCAD, creating bill of materials, varying requirements and commissioning oversight. Richard served in the Louisiana Army National Guard for six years and was deployed overseas for one year. He holds a bachelor of arts in journalism and a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from Louisiana Tech University.
Brett Dean is a native of the Greater Peoria area. He started his career in the sales department in 2007. He was promoted to his position of Sales Manager in 2010 and became Business Unit Director for our Genset division in 2017. Brett is a 2006 graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
After working for three years as a Business Development Manager for Fibrebond’s telecom division, Kim assumed the position of Director of Business Development for our Genset division in 2017. Prior to joining Fibrebond, Kim worked for Marvair since late 2008. She held many positions within the organization, including Parts and Warranty Manager, U.S. OEM Sales Manager and U.S. Director of Telecom Sales. Kim is a native of Valdosta, Georgia, and attended David Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tenn., and later Valdosta State University in Georgia.
Gary has invested nearly 10 years of his career in technical sales for the power generation industry. Gary works closely with Fibrebond customers to evaluate specifications and provide solutions for their genset packages. Gary also has hands-on technical experience having assisted in the assembly of enclosures, prepping for shipment and rigging enclosures.
Jim joined our genset division in June of 2000 and manages a variety of projects. Jim has worked in many departments within the company, which has allowed him to learn the full scope of the building process, and as a result, better serve Fibrebond customers. In his role as Project Manager, Jim is known for going above and beyond to make sure a project is executed to the highest quality standards. His transparent relationships with customers paired with his product expertise allows him to successfully deliver for our customers. Jim is a native of the Greater Peoria area, and lives there with his wife, Brittnie, and four children.
David joined the Fibrebond team in 2014 with two years of project management experience in the telecommunications industry. After working in our telecom division for several years, David now manages projects for Fibrebond’s genset customers. David works closely to coordinate all aspects of a project from when an order is placed until it arrives at site, and has completed some of Fibrebond’s most complex projects to date. David is a 2010 graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Tim was involved with the establishment of the Power division in 2014 and brings 10-plus years of experience at Fibrebond to his role as Business Unit Director for Power. Tim has managed projects for the renewable industry and institution projects during his career with Fibrebond. Tim previously worked as a Project Controls Engineer for Burns & McDonnell Engineering. Tim graduated from the University of Louisiana at Monroe with honors and holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management.
Bringing more than 40 years of sales and marketing experience to his role at Fibrebond, Tom has worked in the power sector for 23 years, managing marketing, sales and strategic account activities, all while growing profits. As a professional engineer, Tom’s product knowledge and experience make him a valuable resource for clients. Tom is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Tennessee Technological University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering with a Structural Analysis and Design Discipline.
Chase joined the Fibrebond team in February 2014 as Inside Sales Manager, and in 2017 he was promoted to Director of Business Development for Power. After graduating from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a BA in Financial Investments and Marketing, Chase held positions such as Estimator and Regional Account Manager for a Chattanooga-based power integrator. At Fibrebond, Chase’s deep knowledge of the power industry helps him understand and meet client needs from quote to delivery.
Sean joined the Fibrebond team in August 2014 as a Business Development Manager with more than seven years of sales and marketing experience in the power sector. Previously working with numerous clients all over the Southeast, Sean’s focus on developing a strong rapport with existing clients as well as building new client relationships enabled him to be at company-wide sales goals.
Danny Blain joined the Fibrebond Power team in late April as a Business Development Manager. Danny has more than 20 years’ work experience focused on projects and clients in oil/gas and power industry market segments. Danny has spent much of his career with Powell Electrical Systems where he has held numerous positions since starting there in 1993. Most recently, Danny worked as Business Development Manager for Powell’s offshore division. In this position, Danny was responsible for division sales and estimating. The division quoted more than $100 million in estimates and booked more than $50 million in orders. Danny is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a bachelors in Environmental Design and holds an MBA from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business.
With more than 10 years’ experience at Fibrebond, Chet is familiar with all aspects of the business and leverages that knowledge to provide customers with the best solution for their project. Before his current role as Business Development Manager for the Power division, Chet served as the Director of Fibrebond’s Field Services division. He has also worked in a technical sales role at Fibrebond, and has product knowledge extending across all Fibrebond markets. Chet is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in business management and entrepreneurship.
As Technical Sales Manager for Fibrebond, Clinton oversees preliminary building design, estimated building cost and preliminary scheduling to provide clients the most accurate information. Clint came to Fibrebond just before completing his MBA from Louisiana State University in Shreveport in May 2015. Clint also graduated Cum Laude from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, La., with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering Technology.
Adam brings hands-on experience and electrical expertise to his position as a Technical Sales Representative at Fibrebond. From experience working in construction to electrical integration of control houses, Adam can review customer requests and offer a technical solution quickly. Adam has worked in a technical sales role at Fibrebond since 2015, and he works diligently to understand the project specifications and estimate jobs in full coordination with the customer.
After seven years in industrial and utility e-house manufacturing at Koontz-Wagner, Chris Caldwell joined the Fibrebond team in 2019 as a Technical Sales Representative. Chris’ previous experience includes working as the Director of Estimating where he oversaw the company’s estimating functions, developed policies and procedures related to the bidding process and integrated and aligned all estimating processes, as well as the equipment center quoting tool. Chris resides in Soddy Daisy, Tenn., outside of Chattanooga.
Sarah joined Fibrebond in 2014 as a Project Designer and accepted her position as a Technical Sales Representative in 2018. In her experience at Fibrebond, Sarah has been responsible for the structural and electrical design of a full line of concrete and structural steel power enclosures. Sarah’s design background is an asset in providing Fibrebond customers accurate technical proposals. Sarah is a 2011 graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in Speech. She also holds an associate’s degree in drafting and design technology from Northwest Louisiana Technical College.
With more than 15 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry, three of which have been with Fibrebond, Steve transitioned to the power side of our business in 2015. As a Technical Sales Representative, Steve works closely with customers to evaluate their project’s specifications and drawings to provide accurate pricing.
Starting at Fibrebond in 2005, TJ brings hands-on experience to his position as a Technical Sales Representative. TJ has worked with all Fibrebond product lines and integrated mechanical and electrical systems in Fibrebond enclosures. Having worked on customers’ highly-sensitive equipment and ensured that all systems are fully-functional and compliant with NEC standards, TJ has an eye for detail and knows how to meet complex project requirements.
Ben began working at Fibrebond in 2014 as a Manufacturing Engineer before assuming his current position as a Technical Sales Representative for the Power division. Ben’s knowledge of the manufacturing process and skills in problem solving and design help provide customers accurate pricing. Ben is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Michael joined Fibrebond in late 2015 after having worked eight years for Reed Industrial Systems, Inc., in Shreveport. As a project manager, Michael has the experience to oversee projects from design to completion, as well as troubleshooting skills to meet unforeseen demands if they occur. Michael is a 2007 graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Kim is a longstanding member of the Fibrebond team, who transferred into her role as Project Manager in 2018. Having joined the company in 2004 as a Purchasing Agent, Kim is familiar with what is required to procure and deliver materials within a manufacturing environment, as well as maintaining sound relationships with Fibrebond vendors. She applies these same management skills to her job as Project Manager to work through complicated projects and deliver customers a complete solution on schedule.
Will Rhodes joined Fibrebond in 2018 as a Project Manager for the Power division. Will recently retired from 20 years of service in the Air Force, and most recently held the position of Senior Operations Manager at Barksdale Air Force Base in Bossier City, La. Will’s comprehensive background in Operations, Procurement, Quality Management, Resource Management, as well as managing equipment valued at over $5 billion proves his ability to oversee challenging projects and meet the expectations of Fibrebond customers. Will holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from Louisiana Tech University.
Brad Wallace began his career at Fibrebond in March of 1998 as a drafter. Since then, he has held several other positions in the company, including Team Leader for the Education product line and project designer. Brad became a Project Manager in February of 2013 and is responsible for assisting with significant company-wide projects. Brad is a graduate of Northwest Louisiana Technical College, and in 2003, became a certified Drafter from the American Designing Drafting Association.
Mike Pedroza handles the day-to-day operations of the Equipment Installation Center. He works closely with Fibrebond’s customers and project managers, coordinating the installation and testing of cellular equipment in shelters. Mike joined Fibrebond in 1986 as Production warehouse manager and managed the Installation Center Warehouse before being promoted to his current position.
Nelwyn has been involved in the estimating and customer service for all product lines, and her relationships with customers have naturally involved her in the after-order process. As the Business Unit Director for Telecommunications, Nelwyn maintains her responsibilities for Customer Service and Estimating, and assumes leadership for our design team, drafters and project managers.
With broad manufacturing experience in Fibrebond’s Minden, La., facility, Scott brings firsthand knowledge about Fibrebond’s industry leadership to his wireless clients. An engineering graduate of Louisiana Tech University, Scott coordinates his clients’ needs with Fibrebond Project Managers to maintain quality and meet delivery commitments.
Mike assists Fibrebond’s telecommunications customers from building design through the delivery of the shelter to site. Previously manager of Fibrebond’s Fairfield, Calif. plant, Mike has expertise in all aspects of shelter manufacturing. Mike joined the company in 1985 in the Conduit & Electrical Department and was later promoted to supervisor before transferring to California.
With more than 15 years in project management, Stacey joined the Fibrebond team in August 2013 as a project manager for telecommunications customers. Stacey works closely with customers to ensure their satisfaction from manufacturing to delivery. Stacey is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship.
Penny has worked at Fibrebond for more than 25 years managing all aspects of projects for wireless clients. Among other duties, she coordinates client site requirements with manufacturing production and manages our quote to cash cycle for major telecommunications clients. Penny holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Louisiana Tech University.
