What Fibrebond does is very technical with complex systems, so there is a lot that first must go into establishing our customers’ expectations. This all begins with developing a relationship between our customers’ needs and our project management teams. We work with our customers on future needs like safety, state codes, or even problems when they arise. Our 20 plus field service teams across the country are in place to continue service on our products even after the job has been completed. Our field service crews are more than ready to perform warranty work on our products if ever needed or even on our competitors’ products. We go through our process lockstep with the customer to make sure that we meet all technical requirements and specifications. By the inspection, our customers can come in confident that Fibrebond has been made, manufactured, and wired just as they have specified.
